Request data deletion

Under UK GDPR Article 17 you have the right to erasure. Submit this form and we will delete all personal data we hold about you within 30 days.

What will be deleted

Your PCN images and extracted details
Your questionnaire answers and appeal analysis
Your session identifiers and consent records
All data retained beyond the 30-day automatic deletion window

Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by HMRC and cannot be deleted. Consent logs are retained for 3 years for legal compliance.

Your session ID wasn't found — your browser storage may have been cleared. You can still submit without it: provide your email address below, or include your PCN number and the approximate date you used the service in the “Additional details” field so we can locate your data manually.

Provide an email if you paid for the service and want a deletion confirmation sent to you.
