About this service

FightPCN is an independent, AI-assisted tool that helps individuals draft appeal letters for Bromley Council Penalty Charge Notices. We are not affiliated with Bromley Council, the London Borough of Bromley, or any government body.

What we provide

  • AI-generated appeal letter drafts based on information you supply
  • A case assessment indicating the likely strength of your appeal
  • An evidence checklist tailored to your grounds for appeal
  • Step-by-step guidance on submitting an appeal to Bromley Council

What we do not provide

  • Legal advice or representation of any kind
  • Any guarantee of appeal success
  • A submission or filing service — you must submit to Bromley Council yourself
  • Guarantees that AI-extracted or AI-generated content is accurate or complete

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use. You must ensure all information you provide is accurate. Submitting false or misleading information to Bromley Council is your sole responsibility.

Payments and refunds

The service fee of £9.99 is charged for generating your full appeal letter and associated documents. This fee is non-refundable once the letter has been generated.

Important: paying this fee does not pay your parking fine. You must keep track of your PCN payment deadline separately.

If a technical failure prevented you from accessing your letter, contact twolabs.ai@gmail.com.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this service, including failed appeals, missed deadlines, reliance on AI-generated content, or inaccuracies in extracted data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
